Sue Cruddas opened her real estate company, Sue Cruddas Real Estate Team, in Jacksonville, NC in 2006. Ever since, we have been trailblazers in the local real estate industry, learning the ins and outs of the markets and providing our clients with the best possible services. Jennie joined The Sue Cruddas Real Estate Team in April 2006 as our Property Manager.  She oversees numerous properties, working with owners, tenants, and vendors in a successful business relationship.

Jennie previously worked at a law office as a Real Estate Closing Specialist which assists in her knowledge of the Real Estate Industry. Prior from achieving her Real Estate License in Michigan in 2004 she succeeded at a 9-year career in jewelry management, where she held a Diamontology and Gemology certificate from the Gemological Institute of America. In 2006, when she changed professions to join The Sue Cruddas Real Estate Team, Jennie achieved a NC Real Estate license as a Broker.

Christina previously worked in retail management for ten years but realized it was time for a change, she then moved on to home warranties. Now her primary focus here is property assessments and annual reviews, along with client services and repair coordination.  In her spare time Christina enjoys time with her family and trips to the beach.

Danielle Butler is an NC & CA Realtor, USMC spouse, and an ISSA Master Trainer. In the 18 years her husband has been on active duty, they moved 13 times, across the United States and overseas.  In 2018 Dee started her online fitness and nutrition business, “Body by Dee”.  Her passion for helping people has extended into real estate and assisting families with their next home purchase.  Her experience in customer service and working with all kinds of personalities is a great asset to the Sue Cruddas Real Estate Team.  It is now Dee’s personal goal to help others find their home and work towards a healthy and happy future. Dee will show you how to make your money work for you, especially if you are military and are receiving BAH. When she’s not hustling and bustling, her ultimate reward has been quality time with her family doing the things they love no matter where they land.
